History
John Kreider’s experience in building design and construction began in 2016 in southern British Columbia. From humble beginnings in a small shed manufacturing facility, his experience grew to include the rigorous process of modular home manufacturing. His passion for architectural beauty, structural integrity, and functional utility became the driving energy that propelled him to launch his own architectural design company.
Masterplan Building Design was founded in 2024 with a focus on providing more detail to conscientious builders and manufacturers. Located in central Missouri just north of Lake of the Ozarks, our portfolio has grown to include lake front homes, beautiful barndominiums, and light commercial facilities. Shed and cabin manufacturers across North America continue to be our loyal clients. Our connections with conscientious contractors and tradesmen as well as licensed engineers and architects provide the necessary resources to bring your project to reality.
